Tables are 6 feet long, Artists are limited to a single table, retailers may not reserve more than 2 tables. Tables are available to be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Table reservations are completed upon confirmation of payment.
Load in is Sunday, the day of the show, from 8 AM to 9:30 AM. Setup must be completed by 10 AM and remain open until the close of the show.
Load out begins at the close of the show, 4 PM. The room must be vacated no later than 5:30 PM.
